Where are you located?

We are located on the north end of Tractor Supply in Noblesville, Indiana.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday and Wednesday 9-6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9-7pm, and Friday 9-5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally we may alter our hours to fit our DVM schedule. This may result in early closure. Weather also impacts our hours, as we prioritize the safety of our staff and clients. We will always communicate changes to the clinic hours on this website, social media pages, and email.

How do I schedule an appointment? Do you accept walk-ins?

To schedule an appointment, please call the front desk at 317-773-3232. We do not accept walk-ins at this time. We will also ask for a deposit to secure your appointment, which will go towards your final appointment bill.

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of services for your pets and livestock. Please use the tabs “Small Animals” or “Large Animals” to see what can be offered to your animal.

What are your prices for “XYZ” service?

To inquire about specific services, please call the front desk and ask. Our prices are subject to change at any time. We do provide estimates on your specific requests. Estimates are an ESTIMATE, which means the price can fluctuate, and will expire after 60 days.

How do you communicate with clients?

We communicate through phone calls, emails, and texts. You can text 317-649-8003 to be on our texting system and receive important information regarding your appointments.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! We are happy to help you and your animals here at VIP Animal Care.

How far out are you scheduling appointments?

You should anticipate 1-3 weeks out for regular appointments. For surgery appointments, we are booking 4-6 weeks out.

Do you accept interns/high school students?

Yes, we accept students from the surrounding schools. If interested, please call the front desk to learn more about our availability.

What are your COVID protocols?

VIP Animal Care asks that upon arrival you call the front desk and let us know what parking space you and your animal are in. We will provide you with instructions to either stay in your car until a technician can come get you, or to come in and sit in the lobby. We ask if you are exhibiting any symptoms that you wear a mask for the safety of our other clients and staff.

I need in today – what do I do and what should I expect?

You will need to call the front office and explain your emergency. You should expect longer wait times depending on your emergency request, as you are being fit in over previously scheduled appointments. You will also have an emergency fee added to your final bill. Additionally, we do not promote ourselves as an ER facility, but we are diligent in our efforts to see to your needs. Even with ER fees, we still may not be able to get you in the same day.
