Jerry Flanders, DVM

Dr. Flanders has been an avid exhibitor and producer of livestock for over 20 years.  He was a ten year 4-H member of Hamilton County.  Upon graduating from high school, he attended Purdue University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences in 1996.  He went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.  Along with managing VIP Animal Care, Dr. Flanders also manages his own flock of club lambs and Boer goats.

Cindy Overdorf – Veterinary Assistant and Inventory Manager

Cindy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Purdue University and has been working in the veterinary field with both large and small animals for over 20 years. She has been working with Dr. Flanders since 2005. Cindy also owns and operates ABC Herefords.

Suzanne Flanders – Veterinary Assistant and Office Manager

Suzanne has been with the clinic since February 2011 and is Dr. Flanders sister-in-law.  She holds a Masters of Science in the field of nutrition from Ball State University and manages the day to day operations of the clinic as well as any assisting needed.

Susan Murphy – Registered Veterinary Technician

Susan has a degree in veterinary technology and is registered with the state of Indiana. Susan is also a certified pharmacy technician and has an equine management degree from Midway College in Kentucky.

Amy Haworth – Veterinary Assistant

Amy has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She has been working with Dr. Flanders for several years. Amy owns several horses and enjoys working with small and large animals.

Krysta Haluska – Registered Veterinary Assistant

Krysta has been with Dr. Flanders for the past year during her internship and then graduation from veterinary school.  She has just finished her registration process and is now registered with the state of Indiana
