Receptionist, Social Media Director, Inventory and Pricing Director
Leslie was born and raised in Lapel, IN and grew up farming on her family Angus cattle and crop farm in Noblesville. She also grew up learning from her cousin’s vet clinic in Lapel from a small age. Leslie has 28+ years veterinary experience and a lifetime of animal experience! She also grew up showing horses and later went on to manage 2 horse farms and showed/trained horses also. She was a 4H member all through childhood and FFA in high school showing in Horse & Pony, Beef , K9 and Feline clubs, Parli Pro, Horse and Livestock Judging, Soil Judging and Welding! She has raised chickens most of her life as well. She also spent most of her childhood in the family Truck Pulling Sport. She had a dog training business in Florida at Eglin AFB for 4 years. As well as rescuing reptiles, including breeding some Pythons! She has done many things in vet medicine at larger AAHA clinics and small country clinics from technician, assistant, 10+ years management & reception! She has been with VIP for approximately 11 years and has known Dr. Flanders her whole life!
In her spare time Leslie is a Mom and a Christian/gospel/opera singer and is currently finishing an album and enjoys participating in Behold the Lamb Ministries here in Noblesville. She spends time with her husband Andrew of 19yrs and her 6 year old daughter Scarlett and their new baby boy Maverick! She has a Jack Russell mix name Tango, and a cat named Pancake. They enjoy shooting sports,fishing, and music! Leslie is the face behind VIP Social Media, front desk phones and our inventory and day to day financial client issues and website as well as helping with other various things in the clinic!
Elysa was born and raised in Noblesville, Indiana. She has been with VIP and in vet medicine for 7yrs. She started as an intern through her high school in 2020 but later changed her mind. Now, she is a full time (human) nursing student at IU Kokomo.
She currently has 2 Great Danes named Maverick & Oakley, 2 heelers named Tater & Tilly and 5 cats Sailor, Rizzo, Lola, Milo & Vinny. In her free time, she prefers to be outside playing with her dogs, hanging out with family, boating, camping, and off roading. Once she graduates, she plans on volunteering her free time to animals in need!
Elyssa is expecting her first baby in November 2026 !!
Registered Veterinary Technician , Cubex System Director
Kensie was born and raised in Greenfield, IN. She has been with VIP animal care since May 2024 and has been in veterinary medicine for 6 years! She recently graduated from Purdue University as a Registered Vet Technician! Kensie helps with the organizing of specific medical inventory.
Kensie has a border collie named Kahlua, a Mini Aussie named Bourbon , an Aussie mix named Sky , another Aussie mix named Bandit, and a cat named Shiloh.
Kensie grew up in 4-H for 9 years in the horse and pony program and grew up on a horse farm. During her time at Purdue she worked nights at the Large animal hospitals logging over 1200hrs there! She enjoys working alongside her coworkers and always tries to make the best out of the worst situations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and competing in horse shows and riding/training horses and spending time out on the lake.
Vet Assistant
Izzy is from Westfield, IN and has been with VIP animal care for over a year. This is her first job in veterinary medicine however she has years of experience with sheep and livestock. She has a barn full of sheep and an Mini Australian Shepherd named Paisley as well as 2 cats named Toodles and Leroy !
She currently operates a club lamb operation that helps 4-H members with their projects. Currently they have a little over 20 mature ewes that they lamb every year.
In her free time she enjoys spending it with friends and family, she enjoys traveling especially going out west to Utah or Texas. Her favorite thing is helping all the animals at VIP and cracking jokes with the staff and Doctors!
Vet Assistant
Dakota is from Kokomo, IN has been with VIP for 1yr. He has 5-7 years veterinary practice experience and has worked at a 3 other clinics in the area. He has a cat named River, a Chiweenie named Maverick and a Chihuahua named Princess. In his spare time he enjoys Fishing, spending time with family, camping and being outside and painting.
Dakota loves the variety of animals we see here and enjoys learning something new everyday! Dakota is also great with helping keep our clinic clean and pretty!
Vet assistant/Reception , Cubex System Director
Lindsay has been with VIP for 2 year and is from Portage, IN. She has been in veterinary medicine for 4-5yrs now.
Lindsay has worked in small animal clinics and a wildlife rehabilitation center. She would like to eventually work for the DNR and help our native wildlife! Lindsay also just recently got engaged!!!! She has a pit mix named Kane, a cat named Rose, and a hermit crab she attained from the 4H Fair!
In her spare time she enjoys hiking , traveling, napping, reading, binge watch TV shows and play video games such as Animal Crossing. Her favorite part of working here is jokes with Dr. Flanders and working with the best staff around!! Lindsay is one of our directors of specific medical inventory.
Chloe comes to us from Glenwood City, WI and now lives in Yorktown. Chloe has been with VIP for almost 3 years and has been in vet medicine for 4 years!
Chloe has a Blue heeler named Cash, a Red Heeler named Boone and a newly adopted German Shepherd Puppy named Rona!
Chloe has been working in vet medicine since she was 16yrs old and has always loved working with animals. She loves learning new things from the Doctors everyday. In her spare time she loves showing sheep and spending time with her pets and friends.
Alex was born in Houston, Texas but grew up in Noblesville, IN. Alex has been with VIP for almost 4yrs. She has 5yrs veterinary experience.
She married her husband in 2019 which gained her a stepson, Jacob. She has 2 dogs Havoc and Hurricane which are Pitbulls and 2 snakes Letty and Helios.
She loves animals so much she decided she wanted a job with animals and ended up here! In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, relaxing with her animals and being outside. She loves hands on learning and the variety of animals! Alex is a happy face always and brings joy to our team and helps keep the day organized by doing our daily rosters and assisting with inventory ordering!
Vet Assistant, Internship Director and Assistant Training
Abby was born and raised in Greenfield, IN and has been with VIP for over 1 year. She has been in vet medicine for 6 years. She has a horse named Dakota Jax, a mule named Spirit, and 1 cat named Wylie Coyote.
Abby has been around horses her whole life and grew up knowing she was going to be in veterinary medicine career field. She is also a 10 year 4H horse & pony member and competed in Speed events .She loves working with all kinds of animals but especially livestock. She is currently in online school with Purdue Vet Nursing and will graduate in 3 years! She also plans to be a certified Equine Massage Therapist through an accredited program through Purdue as well! She enjoys working with an amazing team and learning new things each day!
In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with friends, working with her horse and mule , reading and going for drives.
Vet Assistant
Maria was born in Venezuela but grew up and lives in Noblesville, IN . She has been with VIP for 2years as an intern but is now a full time staff member with us! VIP has been her first veterinary experience.
Maria has a beagle named Bella and enjoys reading and hanging out with friends and going outside for walks and music concerts when the weather is nice in her spare time.
Maria pet sits over the summer and works at a boarding and daycare camp for dogs as well.
She loves how her team is supportive and rooting for everyone to be successful and the great working environment here at VIP.
Hannah
Vet Assistant, Reception
VIP Welcomes Hannah to our team! Hannah is from Noblesville. She has done some previous veterinary volunteering and shadowing in the past and is now jumping back into the career field again. She is a past 4H member and has had various pets her whole life.
In her spare time she enjoys swimming, going on walks with her dogs and is involved with her church youth group. She is also a licensed Esthetician and works part time at a medical spa when she isn’t helping us out here!
Her favorite part about working at VIP is being able to work with so many amazing helpful people! She enjoys being able to help others and their pets!
Viktoria
Vet Assistant, Reception
VIP welcomes Viktoria to our team! Viktoria is from Westfield and has been an animal lover her entire life. She has shadowed at an equine clinic in her past and has been an avid horse rider and lover as well. She is also a 10 year 4-H member and showed a plethora of large and small animals.
In her spare time she loves camping with her husband and her 2 heelers Maple and Jean.
Her favorite part about VIP is getting to work with animals every day and helping animals feel better and giving them a positive experience at the clinic. She plans to learn much more from our Doctors and grow in her Veterinary experience !
Viktoria and her husband Dalton had their first baby Blaire Nicole in June of 2026!
Buddy 3
Clinic Mascot
Buddy is our clinic mascot . He is 1 year currently so he helps us by taking naps and being our emotional support friend for the long days as well as greeting clients. Buddy belongs to Dr. Flanders and enjoys coming with dad to work to visit- as his sibling Rosie is “not as much fun to hang with ” in his words. Buddy enjoys sleeping, eating peanut butter and cuddling in his spare time.
